Limited Warranty - Manufacturing Defects
All Expanko Resilient Flooring products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Final inspection and approval is the customer's responsibility. The customer must approve and verify pattern(s) and color(s) as correct before installation. Slight variations are normal and not considered a defect. Expanko Resilient Flooring is not responsible and will not accept claims for the installation of incorrect material or visually defective material. Installation of material shall be deemed acceptance of pattern, color, and appearance.
Expanko Resilient Flooring warrants for a period of (15) years after installation, CorkCore is free from manufacturing defects. This limited warranty shall be available only to the original customer.

UL GREENGUARD Certification for low chemical emission products helps demonstrate both compliance with key chemical emission standards and your commitment to healthier indoor environments.
The GREENGUARD Gold Certification standard includes health-based criteria for additional chemicals and also requires lower total VOC emissions levels to help ensure that products are acceptable for use in environments like schools and healthcare facilities. In addition to limiting emissions of more than 360 VOCs and total chemical emissions, GREENGUARD Gold Certified products must also comply with requirements of the state of California’s Department of Public Health (CDPH) “Standard Method for the Testing and Evaluation of Volatile Organic Chemical Emissions from Indoor Sources Using Environmental Chambers, Version 1.2 (2017)” (also known as California Section 01350).
